Diane took this photo while we were exploring Dr Sun Yat Sen's chinese garden in Vancouver. That's me reflected in the pond, and there's a pretty spider web.

The telephone booth at Corona LRT station.
Black and white shot taken from the plane on the way to Turin, Italy. I added some heavy vignetting from Aperture.
At the MIT museum, there was this strange gear thing with 6 pieces of a chair attached. The chair pieces would stick out and move slowly around for awhile and then come together very quickly to form the chair. They would then fly out quickly and then repeat the process over and over again. Kinda neat, but hard to get a photo of the formed chair.
Diane in front of Mount Robson. This was on our trip out to Vancouver for Ryan and Jazz's wedding.
In Maligne Canyon in 2005.
This is on a hike you can take from Maligne Lake in Jasper.
On the way out from Siffleur Falls. This is quite a beautiful hike along a large canyon.
Played around with taking some photos of my laptop.
Sorry I have kind of been neglecting my flickr gallery - things have been pretty insane. I'm pretty excited though, I'm ordered some new camera gear and I want to make sure I get a chance to get out and take some pictures with it in the next little while.
My sister, Megan Kan, is playing her fourth year University year-end harp recital on April 6th. It is to be held at Highland's United Church in Edmonton, AB. I'm pretty sure it starts at 8:00pm, but if you're interested in attending, please send me a flickr message and I'll keep you posted.

This is one of a few photos I took of her for use as a recital poster.
I rather like how I composed this photo, although I'm having a hard time describing why I like it.
Huh. The colours look more washed out when uploaded to flickr. Odd.
Here's a shot taken from the chair lift of a bunch of trees bedecked with snow. Taken at Sunshine as well.
Man, Sunshine was gorgeous. I can't stop posting photos from it!
This is at sunshine where the sun sure was shining while we were there. Here's a shot of the sundogs (the rainbows around the sun) that were seen for part of the day.
This was also taken from a moving car through a dirty window. I think it turned out pretty good as well.
This was the clearest shot that I got of the Lake Louise main lodge. It was pretty foggy and snowy for most of the day out there.
Lake Louise was warm but cloudy for most of the day we were there. This is one of the clearer shots I got all day there. Lake Louise is a wonderful hill - I think I'd like to go back someday.
This is my friend Kepi on the slopes of Lake Louise. Both him and I are interested in photography so we had our cameras going for most of the weekend!
Added a bit of vignetting in Aperture. The vignetting tool is pretty nice to have I think. Canmore is a beautiful town -- the surrounding mountains sure help with that!
