This is a really neat post from a guy who learned to count cards. He talks about the differences between novices and experts at the blackjack table and compares that to the differences between successful people and unsuccessful people in life. Its a really neat article and I'd take some time to read it. It really is true for a lot of things - a similar comparison probably could be done with Poker, for instance.
